Donna Walters Kozberg – President & Chief Executive Officer Ms. Walters Kozberg is a licensed and nationally-certified rehabilitation counselor, and has graduate degrees in rehabilitation counseling (MRC), business management (MBA) and writing (MFA). A well-known expert in career development and workplace accommodations, she has been active on the boards of numerous nonprofit, educational, and professional associations, including the President’s Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities.
	Adrienne Sherman -Administrative Manager Adrienne has her Masters of Business Administration and has a diverse background, including 10 years in accounting and finance at The Prudential Insurance Company of America. Her experience also includes expertise in technical training and development, teaching, and managing a small business. Adrienne actively participates on the boards of several nonprofit organizations.
	Ronald P. Kozberg – Executive Vice President Mr. Kozberg is a licensed and nationally-certified rehabilitation counselor, with graduate degrees in rehabilitation counseling (MRC), and public health (MPH). He has directed internationally-recognized vocational and educational rehabilitation and quality assurance programs. Mr. Kozberg’s background includes expertise in vocational assessment, vocational counseling, computer science and technology education, and program management.
